Return Policy

New, unused products may be returned within 90 days (30 days for bikes) of the date of delivery for a full refund of original purchase price (less our shipping label cost). Items must be returned in new condition with original packaging, tags attached, and include any/all accessories and documentation.

  • Returns will not be accepted on used items.
  • Used items purchased from us are final sale with no returns accepted.
  • If there is an issue with the quality of product you received from us, please contact us at 800-409-7669 prior to initiating a return. If you believe your item is defective please review our warranty information.

If you use our discounted FedEx return label, we will deduct the label fee from your refund amount.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the items you don’t wan’t and place a new order at the same time. This way, your item won’t go out of stock while waiting and you’ll get it quickly.
