“We ordered ski-and snowboard gear online and called customer service, when one of the items in the order was missing. We got amazing support from customer service, who not only made sure we got the missing item shipped to us express at no extra charge, making sure we got it in time for our trip a few days later, but who also gave us great advice on the gear we had purchased and helped us find the correct bindings for my son’s snowboard (we had ordered the wrong type of bindings). The new bindings were also shipped to us and all the gear worked great. We felt extremely well taken care of! Staff even checked in with us when the items shipped to let us know they were on their way. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!”
